Consider a rotation, as the engine of a car: it has a goal and it works. However, no rotation is exactly equal to the one that precedes it - there is a cause but repetition is impossible - something is lost in each spin, external contaminations shape the rotation. That is the nature of information: it is not static! It can not be permanently grabbed or understood. You try to tame and understand the earth, but it is the earth who eats you - who ages you, who controls your appetite. In each thousandth, in each spin, the cotamination prevails, but you are a too-short-lenght-factor - you die too soon - and the time uses you as fertilizer. The worms won't starve - they've been fed on knowledment.
